We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
A stay in this residence guarantees a holiday in absolute tranquility, and also at fairly cool temperatures thanks to the height and surrounding vegetation. You can enjoy a splendid sea view with breathtaking sunsets, and admire the stars in the evening while listening to the singing of crickets.

On the ground floor of the villa, it consists of a large living room with open kitchen (where we also find an additional bed), a dining area overlooking a large porch equipped with a dining table and deck chairs.
We then find a bedroom with a double bed, and a triple bedroom (with a French sofa and a single bed)* the photos were taken before the modification of the double room. Both bedrooms overlook the large porch through French windows. Two bathrooms both with walk-in shower.

- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
