The accommodation is part of a condominium which recently carried out restoration work on the facades, internally it offers designer, modern and functional furnishings.
It is located a few steps from the center, in one of the main streets of Portoferraio, secluded and therefore far from the chaos of the city, but not too much, guaranteeing proximity to all services.
The apartment has recently been renovated and consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out double bed, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. It is equipped with a balcony, refrigerator, LCD TV, bathroom with shower, washing machine, and air cooler.
Important Notes:
- The rental is recommended for families of maximum of 3 adults plus children
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with a surcharge of Euro 40.00.
- Check-out: by 9:00 AM.
- Linens: bed and bath linens are not provided in the apartments. It is possible to rent them within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of Euro 40 euro for the double bed and 20 euro for the single bed, delivery only in our office in Portoferraio.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
