The apartment consists of one double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. Equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, and TV. Free parking is available just 200 meters away.

Check-in: from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Arrivals after 7:30 pm accepted with a supplement of €40.00.
Departure: by 9:00 am.
- Linens: bed and bath linens are not provided in the apartments. It is possible to rent them within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of Euro 40 euro for the double bed and 20 euro for the single bed, delivery only in our office in Portoferraio.
Pets are not allowed.
