The studio Villa Punta Amare 1 is located just 200 meters from the picturesque Morcone Beach in Capoliveri. By descending a staircase, you can reach the beach in less than 10 minutes. With its breathtaking views and enchanting atmosphere, Morcone is the ideal place for those seeking peace, beauty, and an authentic connection with nature during their vacation on the Island of Elba.
The studio comprises: a double bed, a kitchenette, outdoor space equipped for dining, and a private bathroom with a shower cubicle. It is also ideal for our four-legged friends. Private parking is available. Just a few minutes' drive from the town of Capoliveri. Wonderful equipped outdoor space that does not directly overlook the sea.

We recommend the accommodation for families with a maximum of 3 adults accompanied by children.
Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Arrivals after 7:30 pm are accepted with a supplement of Euro 40.00.
Check-out: by 9:00 am.
Linens: the apartments do not provide bed and bath linen. Linen rental is available at a cost of Euro 20 per person to be paid locally, arranged at least 7 days before the arrival date.
Pets allowed with an exta fee of 40 euro.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
