Our Residence Villa Punta Amare is just a staircase length away from the marvelous Morcone Beach in the municipality of Capoliveri. Characterized by a long stretch of golden sand and crystalline waters, this enchanting bay captivates visitors with its natural charm and relaxed atmosphere.

We offer our guests discounted rates for ferry tickets, issuing them ourselves with Moby or Toremar where the discount ranges from 20 to 30%, or we send a link with a discount code where guests can independently purchase tickets even for Low Cost companies such as Blunavy or Corsica Ferries.
Among our offerings, we also provide a rental service for both scooters and e-bikes at discounted rates.
The studio is located just 200 meters from the picturesque Morcone Beach in Capoliveri. By descending a staircase, you can reach the beach in less than 10 minutes. With its breathtaking views and enchanting atmosphere, Morcone is the ideal place for those seeking peace, beauty, and an authentic connection with nature during their vacation on the Island of Elba.
The studio is easy furnished: a double bed, a kitchenette, outdoor space equipped for dining, and a private bathroom with a shower cubicle. It is also ideal for our four-legged friends. Private parking is available. Just a few minutes' drive from the town of Capoliveri. Equipped outdoor space that does not directly overlook the sea.
Important Notes:
Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Arrivals after 7:30 pm are accepted with a supplement of Euro 40.00.
Check-out: by 9:00 am.
Linens: the apartments do not provide bed and bath linen. Linen rental is available at a cost of Euro 40 for the dobule bed linens and towels, on requested at least 7 days before arrival, delivery in Portoferraio.
Pets allowed with an exta fee of 40 euro.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
BBQ area is shared with other customers and must be left clean after use.
