Villa Punta Amare 2 is a one-bedroom apartment immersed in the nature of Punta Morcone, just 150 meters from the beach, accessible via a private path and staircase. Ideal for lovers of tranquility and nature, the apartment offers private parking for guests of the property.
Just a few minutes' drive from the town of Capoliveri, Madonna delle Grazie Beach, and the charming cove of Peducelli. The apartment features simple furnishings and consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed, outdoor space equipped for dining, and a private bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Linens: the apartments do not provide bed and bath linen. Linen rental is available at a cost of Euro 40 for the double bed linens and towels, om requested at least 7 days before the arrival date with delivery in Portoferraio.
