The apartment consists of two double bedrooms. The living room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Additionally, a small terrace will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals.
As for parking, you won’t need to worry: a reserved parking spot in the property’s parking lot is exclusively for you, ensuring convenience and peace of mind during your stay.

Important Notes
Check-in: From 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with an additional charge of €40.
Check-out: By 9:00 AM.
Linen: The apartments do not provide bed and bath linen. You can rent it up to 7 days before your arrival at the cost of €40 for the double bed for 2 people and towels, and €20 for the single bed and towels for 1 person. Linen can be collected at our office in Portoferraio.
Pets: Pets are allowed with an additional charge of €40.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
