The closest beaches are those located in the Portoferraio area, on the northern side of the island: Le Ghiaie, Padulella, Capo Bianco, Sansone, all known for their white pebbles and crystal clear waters; or the suggestive Enfola with its suggestive peninsula. A short distance away, still on the northern side, there are also the suggestive sandy beaches of Biodola, Scaglieri and Forno. In a few minutes by car you can also reach the lively sandy beach of Lacona, on the southern side of the island.
