The apartment features a cozy double bedroom with a French door leading directly to the private terrace. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower, while the open-plan living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, oven, and a dining table. Additionally, there is a single bed and another French door accessing the terrace.
Outside, the terrace is perfectly set up for relaxation and outdoor dining. Enjoy the extra outdoor space in the garden, complete with a table, chairs, and an umbrella, where you can take in the enchanting view of the Gulf of Magazzini and Portoferraio.
Important Notes:
Arrival: From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with an additional fee of €40.00.
Departure: By 9:00 AM.
Linen: The apartments do not include bed and bath linen. You can rent it up to 7 days before arrival. The cost is €40 for the double kit and €20 for the single kit, to be paid on-site.
Pets: Not allowed, with a fee of €40.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
