This charming one-bedroom apartment, located on a raised ground floor (single level), is about 55 sqm plus a 12 sqm veranda. It is situated in a panoramic, breezy, and quiet location just a few steps from the beach. Access is from the street level, where the private parking space is located, followed by approximately 50 steps. Inside, the apartment features a living room with a kitchenette (equipped with fridge, freezer, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, and microwave), and a double sofa bed. There is a spacious family bedroom with two single beds and a double bed. The bathroom includes a shower box and bidet. The large, fully equipped veranda is for private use.
