The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom with an additional single bed, one traditional double bedroom, and one double room with a sofa bed; dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower cabins, and a storage room for bicycles.
Equipped with every comfort: TV, washing machine, and a large private garden furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Important Notes:
– Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-ins after 7:30 PM are accepted with a €40.00 surcharge.
– Check-out: by 9:00 AM.
Bed linen and towels are not included; they can be rented on request at a cost of €40 per person, 7 days before the arrival date. Collection is only available at our office in Portoferraio.
Pets allowed with a €50 surcharge.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
