We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Two-room apartment 2/4 beds
The apartment is accessed from a condominium staircase. It consists of a large room with kitchenette, a French door that leads to a small terrace overlooking the sea. A small hallway, a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with double window. The opposing openings ensure good ventilation even in summer. There is no parking space but the apartment is close to the sports field and there is parking that is not easily paid for.
Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning (CATS are not allowed)
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
