The newly built villa, in a green and quiet area with an area of about 100 square meters, has an automatic gate and driveway for exclusive use, large outdoor area, covered veranda furnished with table and chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue in masonry, private parking, washing machine, digital terrestrial TV, electric oven, microwave oven, comfortable equipped terrace overlooking the sea. The house with only one bathroom with shower can accommodate 4/6 people distributed in the two double bedrooms and in the sofa bed in the living room / kitchen.
