We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
The stay in this house guarantees a holiday in absolute tranquility, and also at fairly cool temperatures thanks to the high ground and the surrounding vegetation. You can enjoy a splendid sea view with breathtaking sunsets, and admire the stars in the evening while listening to the song of the crickets.

On the first floor of the villa, it consists of a large living room with open kitchen, two sofas (one of which is a bed), a dining area overlooking a large panoramic terrace equipped with sun loungers and a table with rattan chairs.
Then we find a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with two single beds; both bedrooms overlook the large terrace through French windows.
Two bathrooms, both with windows, and both with crystal shower in Amalfi blue color.

- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
