This charming annex on 2 levels, adjacent to the villa where the owners live, tastefully furnished, with exposed wooden beams and well equipped, is the ideal solution for couples and families looking for relaxation between the sea and the countryside.

The beaches of Barabarca and Zuccale are about 2 km away, while for those who love the sand Lido di Capoliveri is less than 3 km away. The characteristic villages of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, ideal for a stroll in the evening, full of restaurants and shops are about 5 minutes away by car.
THE SPACE
The 4-bed dependance is on two levels: a ground floor and a basement, accessible via a spiral staircase.
Ground floor. Independent entrance. Living room with double sofa bed, dining table and TV. Kitchenette with microwave, electric oven and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Basement. Twin bedroom with two single pull-out beds. Double bedroom with TV. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The garden is well equipped, under a palm tree there are chairs and a small table that create a space suitable for relaxation. Barbecue, table with 4 chairs and umbrella, 2 sun loungers complete the equipment for a pleasant stay.
