Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data.

Large detached villa in a panoramic position overlooking the bay of the Gulf of Capoliveri, one of the most visited and characteristic towns on the island. It offers large outdoor spaces, surrounded by about 2000 square meters of vegetation, therefore perfect for those looking for a relaxing holiday.
Villa (16/19 sleeps) - Maximum for 16 adults + 3 children
The villa is about 400 square meters large, is completely independent, surrounded by a park (about 2000 square meters) with sea view; it is spread over two levels with large rooms and offers its guests a paved swimming pool (14x4).
UPPER FLOOR
We find a kitchen with dining room and large living room. Only one double bedroom and double sofa bed (with mattress to be inserted and left open only if necessary). Two large bathrooms with shower.
Two equipped terraces that act as panoramic towers, one with a table for 10 people + a table for 6 (possibly the internal tables can be brought outside). In the second there is an outdoor sitting area.
DOWNSTAIRS
The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms. The first is very spacious, with en-suite bathroom, plus a queen-size bed (120 cm) with a pull-out single bed underneath. Second mezzanine bedroom with single bed and single underneath, attached bathroom. A third double bedroom with private bathroom opposite. A fourth double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the possibility of a third bed (folding bed base with single mattress) on request. Last double bedroom, with attached bathroom, and third fixed bed (large pouf), with the possibility of having another single bed (folding base with mattress) on request. A laundry room completes the floor.

Important Notes:
- the rental must be for a maximum of 16 adults + 3 children (the beds indicated in the description as on request must be confirmed before arrival)
- minimum age to check-in 28 years (applied to groups of GUYS - family welcome)
- check-in from 16.30 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed only on request (ON ACCEPTANCE OF THE OWNER), with a supplement of € 30 on final cleaning (ALWAYS MAXIMUM ONE ANIMAL)
- deposit (mandatory): 1500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- the opening of the swimming pool is guaranteed from 5/05 to 15/10
