We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

Historic House with Seaside Terrace – 6/8 beds (Maximum 6 adults + 2 children under 12 years)
Bright house free on 3 sides arranged all on one floor, offering 180 m2 of interiors and 100 m2 of terrace.
It consists of a double entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed, a large well-equipped kitchen and a dining room. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms. A bathroom with bidet and bathtub with walk-in shower. Large terrace overlooking the sea, from which to enjoy a breathtaking panorama, equipped for eating or simply enjoying the sound of the sea in the relaxation area equipped with a table and a rocking chair.

- from about mid-June to about mid-September in the evening from 19 to 8 in the morning the road will be limited traffic.
