Our nice apartment is located in the small and quiet village of San Giovanni, located nearby Portoferraio, at about 5 km. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the bay and the Medicean dock of Portoferraio. In walking distance from our apartment there are the "Terme di San Giovanni" where you can make numerous thermal treatments, surrounded by a large park overlooking the sea and shaded by eucalyptus, palm trees and tamarisk trees, where you can walk and relax. Portoferraio and its historic center can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as the beautiful beaches Le Ghiaie, Capo Bianco, Sansone, Biodola, Scaglieri and many others.
Studio apartment for 2 persons: the nice apartment of about 38 square meters is located on the first floor of a small building, which is reached by an external staircase. It consists of a single room with kitchenette (complete with 2 burners, small refrigerator and washing machine), a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has TV and air conditioning and has a characteristic, nice and comfortable furniture. Public parking nearby. Ideal for a couple who wants to stay out of the summer hustle but not too far from the beautiful and lively beaches.
