The apartment Arancio is in a block of flats in Procchio, nearby its sandy beach (about 250 mt), ideal for families with kids.
In the little village of Procchio you can find shops, supermarkets, bank and several restaurants, pizzerias, bar. The position of our apartments is quiet and convenient to reach the towns of Marciana Marina and Marina Di Campo, both far away about 6 km.
The long sandy beach is very comfortable and beautiful, with its golden sand and its crystal-clear sea; it is well organized with beach properties, bars, restaurants, diving and boat rents. With a beautiful walking on the sea shore, you can reach the beaches of Campo all’Aia and of La Guardiola.
Apartment Arancio for 4/6 persons: two - bedroom apartment of about 60 sqm. at the first floor of the building. It is composed by an ample living room with a small kitchenette, TV and a double sofa bed; a bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower. Outside, it has a long balcony. The furniture is simple but well organized. The private parking place is nearby.
Arrivals: free stays, in August min. 7 nights. Check -in from 16.00 to 19.00. Departures: check -out within 9.00 am. Utilities: light, water, gas included. Final cleanings: € 95.00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival).
