Our nice apartments are in Capoliveri, in a small building composed by some other apartments with independent entrance, nearby the center of the town and supermarkets. The old town centre is very charateristic and picturesque and it is at only 300 mt. In summer, especially in the evening, there are stands and sometimes you can enjoy shows and events; furthermore, Capoliveri is a very lively town for its several restaurants, pizzerias and bars.
There are many beaches to discover and visit in the area of Capoliveri: the nearest to the apartments are Naregno and Straccoligno at about 2 km but deserve a visit even the beaches of Madonna delle Grazie, Barabarca, Zuccale and Innamorata.
The two-room apartment for 2/4 persons is composed by an ample living room with air condition, a functional kitchenette and two single beds; TV; a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The furniture is simple but new and modern. Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley of Capoliveri and of the sea. Public parking space nearby the property.
Arrivals: check-in h. 16.00-19.30. Departures: check-out by 9.00. Utilities: water, gas, electricity, air condition included. Final cleaning: € 95.00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival).
