The apartment “Costa Del Sole” is in Pomonte, at the ground floor of a recently and accurately renovated house. The town of Pomonte, in the south-western part of Isola d'Elba, is the perfect place to spend a quiet and comfortable stay in direct contact with the sea and the mountains: it is located at the foot of Mount Capanne, surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean vegetation between spectacular cliffs overlooking the sea and small bays, at about ten minutes from Marina di Campo. In the apartments Costa Del Sole you can spend a relaxing stay near the sea with all the necessary services: the nearest pebbles beaches are at about 450/500 mt. Just at one kilometer far from Pomonte, moving towards the North, there is another village close to the sea: Chiessi. The road overlooking the sea that connects these two towns is perfectly illuminated: in the evening you can enjoy fantastic walks. Within 5 minutes' drive to the South, you can find the beautiful beach of Fetovaia, a fairy-tale bay with wonderful pine trees that reach the sea. For hikers there is the possibility of long walks, both along the footpaths that line the typical cliffs, both towards the mountains to enjoy exceptional views: directly from Pomonte start some perfectly signposted paths that allow to reach the peaks of the island.
"Appartamento Costa del Sole" is a two-bedroom apartment for 4/6 persons, at the ground floor and it is on two levels. It consists of a spacious living room with a well equipped kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed. At this floor you can find a double bedroom with TV and a bathroom with shower; at the first floor there is another little bedroom with a sofa that converts into 2 single beds. The furnitures are new, modern and cosy. The house has air condition and heating (just in the bedrooms). Outside, a space with table, chairs and sun umbrella. Private parking place.
Arrivals: check-in h. 16.00-19.30. Departures: check-out by 9.00. Utilities: water, gas, electricity, air condition/heating included. Final cleaning: € 100.00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival).
