Doorsnee -lichtelijk sleets- appartement waar we 7 dagen verbleven. Een aantal negatieve aandachtspunten. Bij aankomst kwam er stinkend zwart water uit de kranen. Dat verschijnsel heeft meer dan een dag geduurd. Toilet was heel vies met aangekoekte aanslag. Water bij wastafel en bidet deed het niet/nauwelijks. Dat hebben we gemeld, maar een oplossing bleef uit/er werd niets aan gedaan. Bij de check-out bleek de receptie een uur later open te gaan dan vermeld stond. We hebben gewacht voor de teruggave van onze cash borg, maar de ferry konden we daardoor slechts op het nippertje halen. De 3 noodnummers die bij de receptie vermeld stonden bleken doorgeschakeld naar voisemail. We kregen geen enkele reactie.
