The stay was very nice. The Villa is located beautifully and the outer space with terrace and garden are kept well. Inside the villa a few things could be improved though: 1) there could have been more and better equipment: wine glasses, for example, would have been nice, sharp knives, more than one cutting board, toilet paper, soap 2) a lot of furniture was falling apart and should be exchanged/repaired every now and then 3) the dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes at all 4) WiFi would have been nice 5) when air conditioning in the upper bedroom was on, there was a loud motor running outside that was very disturbing I appreciated that the agency all in all was very reliable, helpful and always reachable. Posizione molto bella, comoda al mare. La villa però andrebbe migliorata sotto diversi aspetti: letti (materassi e reti cigolanti che impediscono di dormire) infissi che non oscurano dotazione di pentole scarsa (manca pelapatate e almeno un'altra pentola antiaderente). Inoltre credo che lasciare almeno un rotolo di carta igienica per gli ospiti che arrivano dopo un lungo viaggio sarebbe una cortesia che costa poco. l
